FOR ALL PRODUCTS:

Once we have delivered the product and left the customer’s premises, we will NOT be able to accommodate any change requests  (other than  damage or defective request). We suggest the customer or customer’s family member to be present during delivery,

.

We, at One and Only Furniture Private Limited (OOFPL),  do not offer exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective on arrival.The exchanged product will be the same as the product purchased by the customer.

Cancellation: Once booked, cancellation will be permitted only before the item is shipped. No cancellations are allowed for products bought under discount.

If a customer receives a damaged or defective product, the customer must send an email to sales@oando.co.in with images of the product within 24 hours. After confirmation of the email, a replacement or repair will be initiated for the same.

​

If the customer wishes for a refund, for any other reason the customer must bear a repackaging fee of Rs1000. as well as the transportation fee of Rs.500 for the same within Patna, and Rs 1,000./- for out of Patna.

Return:

We accept returns only in case of product damages on arrival.

​

You should inform us of the receipt of a Damaged/ Defective product maximum within 24 hours of delivery.

Also take photograph of the damaged product & send mail to our e-mail id sales@oando.co.in.

​

Refund will be provided only in case a replacement or replacement part for the same product is not available.

 

If a particular part is faulty and replaceable for a product, the same shall be arranged and provided usually within 7 Dayscase from the time recipt of complaint and replacement will take up to 15 days from the recipt of complaint.

If we are not able the rectify the issue or replace spare part or replace the product then we shall issue the refund for the product.

​

Who pays for the shipping if I send the item back in case of any damaged product received?

We have reverse pick up and replacement facility at our cost from your place in case of damaged product.

Cancellations:

By the Company

If the supplied product is found defective or for any other technical issue the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the option will be given to buy similar porduct .In case the customer wishes to get a refund, the amount will be refunded usually within 7 working days.

​

Refund policy:

Refund method shall be via NEFT transfer or refund to the Credit Card/Debit Card from where the Payment had been made. 

​

The refund usually takes a maximum of 7 working days.
